On April 2, 2025, the Adaptiva OneSite Platform build 9.2.967.17 was released. Since then, this build has received several updates and is superseded by our latest release 9.3.968.21. Customers are recommended to upgrade to this release. Customers using any version of 9.2.967 will experience the issues below.
- When selecting Publication | Software Updates in the Admin Portal, the page appears blank.
- When creating new Content Push policies in the Admin Portal that include application content, the system does not distribute the content to target devices. The Deployment Type appears, instead of the Application.
- When using the Global Pause feature in OneSite Patch, the system does not change the pause state for devices added to or removed from the targeted business unit.
- The Adaptiva client does not install or upgrade on devices with other Java versions installed that use environment variables _JAVA_OPTIONS or JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS.
- The Adaptiva client service will not start for more than 90 minutes on devices using a network adapter connected to a non-routable network.
- The Adaptiva client will not connect to the on-premises Adaptiva server when the macOS device uses a VPN connection.
Complete the following steps to resolve the above issues:
- Open the following URL to download the latest build 9.2.967: https://adaptiva-public.adaptivacdn.cloud/productreleases/9.2/Adaptiva_9.2.967.24.zip.
- Click this link to send an to Adaptiva Support requesting the password: Email Adaptiva Support - Password Request.
- On the Adaptiva Server, unzip the file.
- Run AdaptivaServerSetup.exe.
- Click Quick Upgrade.
- Upgrade all client devices.
